G. Thomas Denton

| Executive Leader | Eagle Scout | Maker |

As Director of Client Success, it is my charge to build a team and grow the individuals. These individuals working together will provide a path to success for our clients, partners, and attendees. I have a unique leadership skill-set that allows me to back up most positions in any organization; these skills enable me to work with all levels to get things done.

Over the years, I have developed a set of rules for being n A player in any team or business. This list of thoughts captures efficient results-driven mantras anyone can use to grow their career and provide top of the line customer service.

My leadership skill-set was developed from an early age in cub scouts providing me the path me the path to become an Eagle Scout. The journey took me to Howard Payne University to become a Licenced Athletic Trainer and earn my Bachelor's degree in Biology.

My professional career started as a desktop admin, then a systems engineer, and later a systems architect. The technical acumen I gained launched me into management at Aegis Communications Group. I oversaw a team of remote technicians and later traveled to India to build a data center and train a group of operators. At Educap/LoantoLearn, I was tapped to build a team to service the call center and loan processing center; later, the call came to work out issues in the mailroom. In the mailroom is where my utility leader skill-set was born. I then managed the support division of GetWellNetwork, managing three tiers of helpdesk and the remote field engineers. GetWellNetwork experience opened up an opportunity to work at Gratis Internet, where I met Core-apps' future founders. We worked to build up and transition Gratis to become SocialCash and later Spruce Media.

While Core-apps was growing, I took the lead infrastructure position at SnappCloud. In 2011 I was able to join my buddies and help them lead Core-apps. I led a large team of Customer Service Managers to complete whatever was required to build the company and satisfy our partners. It was here I earned my favorite nickname, "Texas Charm". We were acquired by Community Brands, finishing my time as Vice President of Customer Service.
